Superb villa Great property! Spacious, has everything. Highly recommend.

Peaceful, relaxing stay. Lovely villa in a quiet residential village, close to all amenities and 5min drive to Altea, a beautiful coastal town. 25min further to Calpe with gorgeous sandy beach. Benidorm is 10mins in opposite direction. Villa had everything you need but could benefit from a garden lounge furniture set and egg chairs or swing. Marian is a lovely person, good communicator and contactable if needed. Highly recommend this villa.

A perfect holiday. A beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. EVERYTHING was perfect and we would very much like to come back.

Wonderfully relaxing. We enjoyed our time in a perfect, quiet location overlooking the sea. The pool is magnificent, as are the rooms. The kitchen is state of the art. The town and excursion destinations are not far away and offer plenty of opportunities. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Beautiful and well equipped villa. This villa is simply wonderful. Well laid out with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and superb pool. Although a little out of town the bus stop is a short 10 minute walk away and the No 10 bus offers a great service. We would certainly stay here again!

Great relaxing holiday The property was stunning, with loads of space and different areas for relaxing eating, drinking and playing games. The pool was much larger than we expected and big enough for a lot of fun. The kitchen was very well kitted out, but we tended to use excellent gas bbq (there were 2 other 2 bbq’s but we didn’t use them). The views were great and we were close to a supermarket and a short drive to the various beaches.

Great Apartment in a great location! This was our first time in Altea and our first holiday overseas since the covid pandemic. The apartment is absolutely fantastic. Large living areas, comfortable bedrooms and very clean throughout. The pool was nice and quiet (even in mid-August!) and we were given a private garage for the hire car in the locked up lower ground area. Altea is stunning and we had a fantastic time!

Great location and views A beautiful villa in the La Nucia area with great views from the terrace towards Altea. The pool was a good size and had a deep end of 2 m+. The surrounding garden was a delight with many kinds of shrubs, palm trees and there was also a swing for children and a Boule area.

Superb stay. Apartment very well located in the hills of Altea, quiet, with a magnificent view. The apartment fully matches the description, is well equipped and spacious; there were four of us. Clean and pleasant pool, supervised by a lifeguard. The sea is 5 minutes away by car. We had a really lovely stay.

Beautiful experience. Great apartment, exactly what we were looking for, close to Calpe and other beautiful locations.

Price-quality ratio perfectly fine. Air conditioners were newly installed, which caused the fuses to trip often because they were not designed for continuous use. The dishwasher was also not 100% functional and often needed additional washing. The bathroom window was bricked up, so no natural light could enter. We also had a problem with the drain in the new bathroom. Some seals were worn and we had to replace them ourselves. The landlord immediately offered help. The Wi-Fi was so-so. Reception in the living room was fairly good, but in some other rooms there was none, not even mobile reception. The outdoor areas and rooms were excellent, the beds were very comfortable, the showers were clean and communication with the owners on site was flawless.
