Highly recommended villa. All good sized rooms and a beautiful pool and garden area. We really enjoyed our stay, and Marian and Cok where very welcoming and friendly. We would say it is in a great location, but you do need a car which we knew beforehand. We had our own cars so no problem at. Many thanks

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, well-equipped villa overall. The frying pans and some saucepans are a little old (the non-stick coating is worn) and should be replaced. Marian is very responsive and attentive; we had an issue with broken sun loungers and they were quickly replaced.

Amazing apartment with a fantastic terrace in a great location. Marian met us on arrival and she was really helpful. The private parking was a bonus as a car is definitely needed. We would 100% return. A little gem!

We have known the Altea Hills area for years and this is the first time we have been to Altea la Vella. Spectacular is the only word I can use. We loved the house, the area and the people. We will definitely return. Marian is super friendly; although our English is not very good, we had no problem understanding each other. She is always willing to help and attentive.

We had a lovely stay,just to make other people aware,there is a train track just below the property with trains passing through every 1/2 hour,the noise isn’t too disruptive.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We had a good host on arrival. Overall, the apartment is very well located right on the beachfront, on the third floor with a lift and access to the beach at the back of the building. There is a swimming pool, private parking and a fantastic sea view, and Marian kindly allowed my pet. Thank you, Marian.

Very beautiful, spacious and cosy apartment, with a superb terrace, well equipped and above all very clean; the cleanest we have had in 10 years of regularly visiting Spain. Recommended for families with young children. The residence itself is well maintained, the pools are fantastic and we had an excellent stay. A few things to note: bed linen and towels are extra, there is no plancha or barbecue, and a car is essential because the surroundings are very steep and there are no shops within walking distance.

Everything was wonderful. 100% recommended, both the place and the people who welcome you. They are always ready to help you at any time.

Excellent accommodation! Very beautiful, with quality appliances! Very clean, very quiet and functional apartment. Marian is a very pleasant and attentive person; it is rare nowadays to find someone so kind, really!! I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation! Our arrival went very well with a very friendly welcome from Marian. The apartment is located in a pleasant family residence, with a beautiful view over the bay of Altea and Benidorm. The terrace is very pleasant and spacious; this is where we spent most of our time when we were at the apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, but it is very old. A barbecue or plancha is missing from the terrace, which would be great. The two pools are very large and pleasant. For information, the maximum depth is 1.50 m. Underground parking is useful in the heat for keeping the car cool. Close to many tourist sites and beaches. A vehicle is essential. The master bedroom mattress is firm and you can feel the springs a little too much, but it was fine for two weeks. Compared with other apartments we have rented, it is a little expensive overall, especially since electricity also has to be paid for.
