Annual trip to Altea. First time staying in this apartment. Positive experience. Very good welcome, immediate response to questions. Very spacious apartment with everything available and a super beautiful view of the sea and Benidorm. TOP.

Absolutely beautiful The villa was in a beautiful area. So peaceful. Beautiful little village at the bottom of the hill with lovely restaurant s. The nearest super market was about 10 miles where we did a full shop. The villa I would rate as 5 star. It had everything and more than you would require. The owner was fantastic and very helpful. We would not hesitate to book again.

Winter in Alfaz del Pi It´s a very nice house with all things you need for a nice vaction. Of course it´s different to stay during the wintermonth than in the summer. It´s a very quite place and the garden is typical spanish. You feel really relaxed to be and live in this property. And we loved the poolarea.

Beautiful house, wonderful location, great place to stay. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, but you cannot arrange that in advance! One small point in the listing: there is no electric car charging point, contrary to what the listing says.

Beautiful peaceful apartment Lovely apartment, very clean and large. Me and a friend worked for three weeks on and off remotely. The apartment is very well equipped. Beautiful veranda, great pools and lovely location. It's in the hills so you do need a car but only a 15 minute drive into the centre of altea with free parking everywhere. I went for runs up the hills which had beautiful views and there are bike rentals you can do to see the local area. As we had a car rented we also visited nearby towns and went into Valencia. Marianne was extremely helpful and very responsive to all our questions - we had no problems with the apartment. They even gave us a welcome bottle of wine and hdmi cable to connect to our laptop for netflix. Only thing to note is the electricity is metered and as we worked in the apartment we used more than what was included as part of the stay, so did have to pay an extra 50 euros. Otherwise all payments are as stated on the page. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely come back! Thank you Marianne and Cor!
