Beautiful view and a beautiful garden with swimming pool! We were disappointed by the house itself; it is cluttered and many things are outdated and broken, such as the garden cushions, sockets and loose taps. It is fine for a couple to enjoy the outdoors. The guest accommodation attached to the house is fine, but the other two guest bedrooms have very bad beds and are damp and cluttered.

Comfortable accommodation in a development with pools, in a very quiet and pleasant setting. Suitable.

Wonderful sea view. A very clean and tastefully furnished apartment with a magnificent terrace. The landlords were very nice and were there for the key handover when we arrived at around 2 a.m.

Beautiful view from the house. At first sight it is a dream house. You cannot find this view anywhere else: sea, mountains, Benidorm in the distance, etc. Yet the house is outdated. The locks did not work. It was impossible to lock the veranda door. The bars on the windows could be removed, but that required an extra lock. We did not leave our small dog alone because we were afraid someone could simply break in through the sliding window at the front. The hairdryers did not work. We were two people and a small dog. She showed us the bedroom. I said: there are three bedrooms, right? The answer was: I do not rent the upstairs. And for the second room downstairs, you have to pay extra for bed linen. I pay for an entire house, so I also pay for upstairs. I am chronically ill and even at home we sleep separately because sleeping is difficult. I did not use the second room. But we do not think this is normal. Even if I wanted to use the third room on the first floor, I have the right to do so because we pay for it. Otherwise, the website should say: half villa for rent. And preferably charge a lower price.

Perfect stay in Altea Loved the apartment, beautifully furnished and well appointed. Amazing sunrise view and so close to the beach. Easy walk into town. Marian and Cok were friendly, communicative and helpful, turned up as arranged and helped when the fan didn’t work. Also offered information which helped us catch the annual fireworks and enjoy the area at its best.

Villa by the sea in the mountains. The accommodation has a beautiful garden, a very pleasant swimming pool and the poolside/porch area is perfect for enjoying summer. The house is perfectly equipped, with a very spacious living room. It is a little hot, although there is air conditioning in two bedrooms and fans in two of them. Access is good, although the development has some steep slopes. Overall, the surroundings are very pleasant. There are mosquitoes.

Very good. Spacious, pleasant, well-equipped and quiet apartment. The people who welcomed us were very nice and available. However, the listing should highlight that if you exceed 250 kWh of electricity, you pay the extra charge.

Wonderful holiday accommodation with a beautiful view. A nice holiday home with a large swimming pool and a fantastic view. The house itself could use some renovation, but you live outside anyway. The kitchen was perfect. Marian and Cor are lovely, enthusiastic people who welcomed us very well. Who knows, Marian and Cor may meet us again. Thank you for the great care.
