Very beautiful villa. The location was perfect.

Taylor Family August 2019 Other reviews have said that the pictures don’t do this villa justice and we couldn’t agree more. This is a very spacious Villa with three very large bedrooms and lots of living space inside. There are a number of outside areas to relax and a large garden with a perfect swimming pool and Sea and Mountain views across to Altea and up to Calp. The Villa is exceptionally well equipped with high quality items and everything you need from the Air conditioning in all bedrooms to the ice maker in the fridge. The location is a short drive to numerous shops and facilities with the restaurants in Albir and Benidorm not too far away, there is also a very good restaurant within walking distance of the property. We would defiantly recommend this Villa and hope to book again for next year.

Stunning views! On first arriving at the villa we were a little surprised at the location. It is set back in the mountain and away from any connecting routes. There is no access to public transport and you are unable to walk anywhere safely as it is all main roads and no pathways. So before booking you WILL need a car to get anywhere out of the villa and taxi prices are high. The villa itself is very nice. Absolutely stunning views with a fantastic pool. Inside the villa it is extremely spacious and well laid out. However it does come with some small negatives. Firstly and most importantly there is no oven in the kitchen, just a small microwave grill. Considering the property is for 8 people and we had 8, cooking was a very long process! To top this off there is no BBQ. There is only 2 rooms with air-con and the property gets very hot, with every measure taken to keep it cool. The "satellite tv" is fine providing you are Dutch, can speak Dutch or indeed understand it. We went through every channel and found 1 channel the children could understand. We also incurred an charge for extra electricity on the final day. We done nothing out of the ordinary and only used the air-con at night. I have never heard of, or indeed had an electricity amount you can use before being charged extra. Finally the internet quality is extremely poor. We ended up having to top up both of our teenagers data along with mine as I was working for some of the time at the villa and the internet either dropped out or didn't deliver. Overall, we felt a little short changed for the cost of the villa and what we got for the money. Please don't read this as a negative review, it is just our opinions.

Holiday Villa in Altea Beautiful villa with luxury finishes and a lovely pool on the edge of Altea la Vieja. Not overlooked, very private and secure but easy access to Altea, 5-10 mins by car, and a few minutes from the E-15. A short walk down a steepish hill to the village centre with a number of excellent restaurants, small supermarket & a few shops. Great to have a meal & wine, then walk home. Views across to Altea & the sea from both floors and the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing holiday, visiting the local towns, markets & the seafront. Would certainly use this villa again.

A peaceful and beautiful stay. True to the listing, we had a pleasant stay near Altea. The apartment is clean and quite spacious. The terrace is simply exceptional and allows us both to eat outdoors and relax on the sun loungers. The view from the terrace is also wonderful.

Beautiful, very practical apartment with a great view and air conditioning. Overall we were very satisfied. Great air conditioning and very well equipped. Nothing was missing. Large communal pool. Great. It was usually fairly empty. For golfers, the golf course is right next door. Private garage, although it is quite tricky to park in.

Altea La Nova. Family stay (with older children) at the beginning of August 2019. Very pleasant family residence, perhaps too quiet, and well maintained, equivalent to a Spanish 4-star hotel (without the hotel services, of course). Spacious apartment, large terrace without overlooking neighbours and with an open view. Beautiful pools. Although well located between Calpe and Benidorm, Altea is 15 minutes by car. A car is essential! Our overall assessment remains very positive and sunny.

Very beautiful apartment. A very pleasant 11-night stay with all the equipment needed for the kitchen and other rooms. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The owners are available. Two beautiful pools for adults and children. Shops are not nearby. A car is needed, also to enjoy the beautiful beaches around. We loved all the beautiful beaches of Albir, Calpe and Altea. Expect an additional electricity charge. Deposit and cleaning are extra. Thanks again for everything.

Electricity. Everything was very good, nothing to complain about. At check-in the electricity meter was checked; at check-out we were told there would be a €10 supplement, which we ultimately did not have to pay. Still, I wonder how much it would have been if we had been there more, as we only had breakfast and slept there, used air conditioning at night, never cooked, used the dishwasher a maximum of three times and the washing machine three times. You have to take this into account, but otherwise everything was perfect! Beautiful view, beautiful large rooms, large terrace.
