We had a very nice time in this beautiful house The villa was beautiful but a big place to heat and electricity was very expensive not suetable for the elderly or inferm as there was lots of steps but we really enjoyed ourselves the agents were very helpful very friendly so all in all very good

Superb stay. We had a pleasant 15-day family stay. Very spacious, well-designed and very well-equipped apartment. A superb view. A beautiful swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, very pleasant, where the children had a great time; this was really the highlight of the stay. Beach and two beach restaurants are within walking distance, as is the small port of Greenwich, and the beautiful white town of Altea is 5 minutes by car. Beautiful walks nearby, such as Mont Toix and Ifach, with magnificent views. Beautiful coves and large beaches nearby and a quiet, pleasant and especially very well-maintained residence. In short, don't hesitate.....

Appartement très spacieux, bien agencé et très bien équipé Une vue superbe Une très belle piscine entourée de palmiers des plus agréable, et où les enfants se sont régalés, cela a été vraiment le gros point fort du séjour Plage et 2 resto de plages accessibles à pied, tout comme le petit port de Grennwich, la belle ville blanche d'Altéa à 5 min en voiture De belles balades à proximité comme le Mont Toix, ou l'Ipon Ifach d'où on a un magnifique point de vue De belles criques ou grandes plages à proximité et une résidence calme, agréable et surtout très bien entretenue bref ne pas hésiter.....

Everything was perfect: house, pool and location. Excellent owners, kind and available. The house is pleasant and well arranged, the pool is large and always well maintained, and the owners are very kind and always available. The location is excellent, close to many beautiful towns to visit (Altea, Calpe, Benidorm, Alicante). We spent three excellent weeks and really think we will return next year.

Tout était parfait, maison, piscine, situation. Propriétaires au top, gentils et disponibles. La maison est agréable, bien aménagée, la piscine est grande et toujours bien entretenue, les propriétaires d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponibles. La situation géographique au top, proche d’un grand nombre de villes magnifiques à visiter ( Altéa, Calpe, Benidorm, Alicante). Nous avons passé 3 excellentes semaines et nous pensons vraiment revenir l’aannée prochaine.

Beautiful Villa, lovely relaxing holiday Couldn't fault this amazing villa. Lovely gardens and outside seating areas, fantastic pool and all mod cons inside although we didn't spend a lot of time indoors! Marianne was there to welcome us and there was a chilled bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us which was a nice touch. We chose not to hire a car as we wanted a chilled holiday, and supermarkets were 20 minutes walk which was fine for us, and the beach resort was about 30 minutes where there were lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable stay. Nice apartment. Beautiful balcony. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Very quiet. Beautiful pools and garden. One comment: you get 125 kWh included with the house, which is far too little. We only used the air conditioning late in the evening/night, cooked once, ran two short washes and used the dishwasher twice. For a week that does not seem excessive? Yet we exceeded the 125 kWh.

Heel comfortabel verblijf Fijn appartement. Prachtig balkon. Lekkere bedden. Mooi uitzicht. Heel rustig. Prachtige zwembaden en tuin. Enige opmerking: je krijgt 125 kwh bij het huis. Dat is veel te weinig. We hebben de airco alleen in de late avond/ nacht aan gehad en 1x gekookt en 2 korte wasjes gedraaid en 2 x de vaatwasser aan gehad. Voor een week lijkt me dat geen buitensporig gebruik? Toch gingen we over de 125 kwh heen?
