Very beautiful, spacious and cosy apartment, with a superb terrace, well equipped and above all very clean; the cleanest we have had in 10 years of regularly visiting Spain. Recommended for families with young children. The residence itself is well maintained, the pools are fantastic and we had an excellent stay. A few things to note: bed linen and towels are extra, there is no plancha or barbecue, and a car is essential because the surroundings are very steep and there are no shops within walking distance.

Perfect ! With our 3 kids , we stayed 11 days in the appartement for holidays and we found everything we need . The appartement has a magical view, it was so Nice waking up and see that picture !It was very clean and Marian is so kind ! Thank you for everything , we will come back for sure !

Our arrival went very well with a very friendly welcome from Marian. The apartment is located in a pleasant family residence, with a beautiful view over the bay of Altea and Benidorm. The terrace is very pleasant and spacious; this is where we spent most of our time when we were at the apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, but it is very old. A barbecue or plancha is missing from the terrace, which would be great. The two pools are very large and pleasant. For information, the maximum depth is 1.50 m. Underground parking is useful in the heat for keeping the car cool. Close to many tourist sites and beaches. A vehicle is essential. The master bedroom mattress is firm and you can feel the springs a little too much, but it was fine for two weeks. Compared with other apartments we have rented, it is a little expensive overall, especially since electricity also has to be paid for.

To sum it up in one word: an EXCEPTIONAL villa!!! It had every comfort for the six of us, worthy of a five-star hotel. We had a wonderful family holiday; it is a house with an incredible garden and a very large, extremely well-maintained pool. The view over the hills and the sea was extraordinary and we really were in a peaceful setting. The house is very well equipped, both indoors and outdoors. We highly recommend this high-end villa; it is perfect and really won our hearts. It is close to Benidorm (a city worthy of the USA). We were very warmly welcomed by Marian and even received some lovely little touches on arrival. Truly, we are all delighted, from the youngest to the oldest.

Very good accommodation, except for the need for air conditioning because the building is not properly thermally insulated.
