Absolute tranquillity. This villa with a swimming pool at the end of a cul-de-sac is absolutely peaceful. We had a very pleasant stay there with friends.

Gorgeous view Villa has a fantastic view and everything you could need for a self catering holiday. When we booked it the description showed a self contained flat but that wasn't useable and we were shown to an office type room with a sofa bed at the front of the villa. Unfortunately, my daughter was going to stay in the flat area but as she couldn't she didn't feel safe staying in the room overlooking the street, so ended up sleeping on the sofa! This wasn't ideal as we had paid more for this villa than we would usually, because we expected to be able to use the flat that was listed. Also the other bedroom isn't accessible through the main house. This is ok if you have different families holidaying together but a bit odd if all of you are together as a family. The main toilet kept blocking but there was another toilet in the house that we could use. Aside from these issues, the villa is in a fab spot, overlooking Altea and a small supermarket is nearby. The villa is, however, near a main road into Altea Hills, so you do get some road noise and also noise from the overhead electricity cables. If you want total peace this isn't for you but if you can get used to these then it is a fabulous place to stay.

Very nice apartment. It was a beautiful apartment with everything you need. We came by car and it was easy to reach everything.

Simply Stunning Have never been a Hotel person, so always stay in Villa's, and can honrstly say have never stayed in a nicer place. Furnished to the highest standard, beautiful gardens, pool and the layout and views are fantastic. Car hire is essential, but as long as you have a car, location os perfect, with short drives to beaches, restaurants, shops, its the perfect location to explore from. At night, its so tranquil and lovely to sit out and have that last drink on the veranda before rtiring. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Spacious and quiet house. Ideally located near the Altea la Vella golf course, we had a pleasant stay in this beautiful house. Marian is responsive and takes great care of her guests. We would do it again!

Family holiday. The house was exactly as shown. We loved it, although it is true that the garden is a little neglected, which results in more mosquitoes. Otherwise it is very well equipped and exactly as shown in the photos.

Wonderful holiday with and for the whole family. The property became available at short notice, so we decided to book it. The property is in a great location and the view, exactly as in the pictures, is an absolute dream. There were only four of us (2 adults, a 3-year-old child and a 15-year-old teenager), so the villa was actually too large for us. We therefore only used 2 bedrooms. Regarding the layout, it is worth mentioning that only the main bedroom is accessible from the living room. The other bedrooms are accessible exclusively via the terrace or garden/pool area; this is explicitly mentioned in the listing (certainly ideal for several couples or families holidaying together). For this reason our son slept in our bedroom (cot available!). Check-in and communication beforehand worked very well by email and WhatsApp. Marian and Cor replied immediately and were always reachable. Even a significant delay on our part, caused by seven accidents and five hours of traffic jams in France, was handled without complaint by Marian. Marian welcomed us at the villa at 21:45, showed and explained the villa to us and checked the electricity meters with us. The kitchen is FULLY equipped and nothing is missing (oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, Teppan Yaki plate, double sink, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and various other electrical appliances).

Family holiday with 8 people We had such an amazing time. Villa is beautiful and in a very quiet location. The villa is very well equipped which was great when cooking meals. The pool is a great size and deep. Rubbish bins are a 10 minute walk from the villa and it’s up a hill which is not ideal and the freezer space is tiny so be mindful if ordering a big shop. We preordered our weekly shopping and got it delivered the day we arrived., You can walk to a small town which takes about 15 minutes which has a few shops and several restaurants. We used taxis to take us to Altea which took 12 minutes. Altea is lovely with lots of shops, restaurants , the beach is very stony. We went jet skiing and hired boats at the marina but this is not in walking distance from Altea beach, it’s about 13 minutes from the villa. We spent a few hours at Altea waterfalls which is amazing and so beautiful but be prepared to que and it’s recommended to have water shoes as it’s very rocky. We would definitely recommend this villa and we would go back again. Thank you so much.
