Beautiful place to stay

Excellent family holiday. Overall definitely positive. A few things were less good: some cooking pots were not really in good condition and there was no hand mixer. However, there was great contact with the owner, who was flexible and reachable. A very beautiful garden with olive, citrus and fig trees, among others. The location of the villa is ideal, not far from the sea and yet an oasis of peace. Once outside the property, the neighbourhood is somewhat less attractive. All in all, we certainly had a very enjoyable stay.

Stop looking and book this villa! If you’re scrolling through the many, many villas available in the Alicante area, I’d recommend you stop and book this one! Highlights - beautiful terrace table with sea & mountain views,best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a villa, super local support and advice, stunning outdoor space with multiple areas to chill out, beautifully decorated interior, great local supermarkets, quick drive to Altea where there are lovely authentic restaurants, quiet residential area …. Perfect for an all adult party or a family group! Negatives - having to leave!

Family Vacation Great place, easy to get around and close to town. The hosts were really helpful and easy to get hold of. Overall 5* family vacation.

A very comfortable flat with an amazing view we came here for work and the flat was a very convenient place for us as we had all amenities with a lovely view and a quick access outside the city and a parking place.Also the flat had everything we needed and in perfect condition.Good communication too.Thank you!

Benidorm Oct 2025 We had contact regular with the hosts building upto our holiday with questions and they were always responded too promptly. When we arrived we were greeted and shown around the villa . It is absolutely stunning and extremely spacious . Would definitely recommend 👌

Peace for the soul. I could write for hours, but I am still in holiday mode 😉 So let's start. Marian is great! If you use WhatsApp she responds immediately, while SMS takes 10 minutes longer. She welcomed us nicely and showed us everything. Then we had 13 wonderful days in the beautiful house. Everything you need is available. The pool and garden are simply magnificent. Everything is very clean, well maintained and lovingly furnished. Very good and large beds. There are plenty of seating and sunbathing options, whether in the shade or sun. I had some trouble with the gas barbecue because I did not immediately understand the Spanish gas bottle system. There are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area and shopping opportunities too. But you definitely need a car! Autan is also advisable because there were plenty of mosquitoes. That is the only negative point, and it has nothing to do with the house. Most windows and doors have mosquito screens, so you are protected from the pests inside. We will definitely come back. Altea La Nova Excellent contemporary apartment. Very clean, spacious, private and well stocked. Interior very nicely furnished and comfortable. Good smart tv with access to all sky sports channels. Wonderful holiday. We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, in a beautiful quiet area with a lovely swimming pool all to yourself. There are some things in the house that could be improved: several lights by the pool and terrace did not work and the sun loungers by the pool are completely worn out and could be replaced. I mentioned these points to Cor and he said he would address them. Nevertheless, it is definitely recommended.
